Tuscana Mediterranean Resort offers 2 & 3 Bedroom Condos with completely equipped kitchens and washer and dryer, just 2 exits away from Walt Disney World. Tuscana Resort is located in the heart of Orlando's premier Golf Community Champions Gate with very easy access to I-4 and all Central Florida attractions and beaches. Enjoy the resort's clubhouse and all the amenities it has to offer: The fully equipped fitness center has all you need for a work out to relax or rejuvenate. Need to check your e-mail or print something? The business center is open daily on a complementary basis. The oversized large beach style heated swimming pool surrounded by shaded cabanas is the perfect place to linger with friends. Enjoy our large Jacuzzi/Spa on the pool deck. The children have their own pool with fountain to splash in. The Tavern restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Have a refreshing drink and enjoy the sports channel while sitting at the pub style pool bar. The condos are decorated and designed for entertaining or relaxing. Each condo has a complete kitchen, appliances, dishware, dinning table, a sleeper sofa and ceiling fan in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, DVD player and internet access. Do not pack as much and take advantage of our large washer and dryer in the condo. For those that want to sit outdoors there is a screened porch with table and chairs, many of the units over look the golf courses and conservation areas. Be sure to make reservations for the scheduled shuttle that goes daily Mon. to Fri. to Disney's Magic Kingdom. Please note that for all reservations for less than 5 nights there is a one time short stay cleaning fee of $35.00 for the 2BR and $45.00 for the 3BR. Terms And Conditions: Guest must attend a courteous 90/120 minute resort sales presentation and breakfast at Calypso Cay Resort. Married or Co-Habitating guest must be between the ages of 25-68 years of age. (At Least 1 Person in Party Must Meet Age Requirement)  Single women 30-67 (Never Married, Not Separated, Legally Divorced, Pending Divorces Do Not Qualify) Guest must have an annual household combined income of $40,000 Sorry, but single men and full-time students Do NOT qualify. Participants must bring two forms of ID for check-in and the Sales Presentation: A valid Driver's License, State issued ID, Military ID or Passport And Show a Major Bank Issued Credit Card for ID purposes only (Amex-Discover-Visa-Master Card). (A Prepaid Credit Card or Debit Card Is Not A Valid Credit Card But Can Be Used To Pay For Vacation Package and/or Incidentals) If married or cohabitation Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (Co-Habituating couples must provide proof of  same address and living together). All participants must be able to speak & write fluent English or Spanish. The sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (Except Day of Arrival & Day of Departure). Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure  dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the  discounted package price. Orlando Vacation Packages are Non-Refundable but are good for a period of 1 Year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we do this without a fee. The only time that we charge a fee is if you call on date of arrival and need to change the dates of travel we charge a $75 fee.
