- Guest must attend a courteous and approximately 90/120 minute resort sales presentation at A Nearby Sales Center.
- Married or Cohabitation guest between the ages of 28-68 years of age....
- Guest must have annual household income of $50,000 & Own A Major Bank Issued Credit Card (Amex, Discover, Visa or Master Card)
- A Prepaid Credit Card or Debit/Check Card is Not A Valid Credit Card But Can Be Used To Pay For Package and/or Incidentals
- Sorry, but Singles and Full-Time Students Do Not Qualify.
- Participants must bring two forms of ID for check-in and the presentation: 1) A valid Driver's License, State Issued ID, Military ID or Passport and...... 2) Show a Major Bank Issued Credit Card for ID purposes only (Amex-Discover-Visa-Master Card).
- If Married or Cohabitation, Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together...
- Co-Habituating couples must provide proof of same address and living together.
- All participants must be able to speak & understand fluent English or Spanish.
- Guest is responsible for providing their own transportation to resort preview.
- All Tickets Will Be Given After Sales Presentation/Tour.
- The sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (Except Day of Arrival & Day of Departure).
- Not Eligible if you have previously toured a Time Share Resort in last 18 Months
- Florida residents of the following counties Do Not Qualify: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Broward, Miami-Dade, Pasco, Marion, Hernando, Citrus, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Desoto, Hardee, Highlands, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, St Lucie, Indian River, Sumter, Flagler, St Johns, Duval, Clay and Putnam!

- Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the discounted package price....In the event that orlandodiscountticketsusa.com notices, finds out or is informed by the resort that two or more separate parties have booked a vacation package with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates, orlandodiscountticketsusa.com reserves the right to and will charge the second party that booked a package the retail price difference for the package and combine the two vacation packages....
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or more offers may not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort.
- Orlandodiscountticketsusa.com holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Orlandodiscountticketsusa.com believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

- In the event Orlandodiscountticketsusa.com is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Orlandodiscountticketsusa.com reserves the right to use substitute accommodations of Equal or Greater value if available or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to Orlandodiscountticketsusa.com excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
- Employees or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies are not qualified.
- Vacation Packages are Refundable within 30 Days of purchasing the Vacation Package, However, a $59 processing charge will apply plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate...... After 30 Days of booking the Vacation Package, it is Non Refundable....Your Package however can be placed on hold for a period of 12 months for future travel....No Refunds will be given for no-shows and early checkouts. (Very Important: Cancellations Can Only Be Accepted By Phone..Email Cancellations Are Not Accepted)
- Important Note: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will have charged to their credit or check card the Rack Rate of the Resort Room, per night depending on time of year, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
- No Show or Late Cancellations: Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date a one night charge will be applied to the package at non promotional rate.
