Radisson World Gate Resort Terms & Conditions
- Guest must attend a courteous 90/120 minute resort sales presentation and breakfast at Radisson World Gate Resort.
- Married or Cohabitation guest must be between the ages of 28-65 years of age.... (At Least 1 Person in Party Must Meet Age Requirement)
- Guest must have an annual household combined income of $50,000
- Sorry, but single men, women and full-time students Do Not Qualify.
- Participants must bring two forms of ID for check-in and the presentation: 1) A valid Driver's License, State Issued ID, Military ID or Passport and...... 2) Show a Major Bank Issued Credit Card for ID purposes only (Amex-Discover-Visa-Master Card).
- (A Prepaid Credit Card Is Not A Valid Credit Card But Can Be Used To Pay For Package and/or Incidentals)
- If married or cohabitation Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together...
- Co-Habituating couples must provide proof of same address and living together.
- All participants must be able to speak & write fluent English or Spanish.
- All Tickets Will Be Given After Sales Presentation/Tour.
- The sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (Except Day of Arrival & Day of Departure).
- This offer is intended for residents outside of the immediate Orlando area and excludes residents in the following counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Volusia.
- Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the discounted package price.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or more offers may not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort.
- Not eligible if you have previously toured Radisson/Driftwood within the last 12 months.
- Employees or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies are not qualified.
- Florida Residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Seminole Counties are not eligible for this offer.
- Orlando Vacation Packages are Non-Refundable but are good for a period of 1 Year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we do this without a fee. The only time that we charge a fee is if you call on date of arrival and need to change the dates of travel we charge a $75 fee.
- Important Note: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will have charged to their credit or check card the Rack Rate of the Resort Room, per night depending on time of year, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.

There is no offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase to any person who is a resident of any state in which registration requirements have not been met. Marketer agrees not to participate or cause DHM to participate in any "Fax Blast Advertising". Marketers agrees to fully indemnify DHM from any claim alleging the use of "Fax Blast Advertising"
