- Guest must attend a courteous 90/120 minute resort sales presentation and breakfast at Sunset Resorts.
- Married or Cohabitation guest must be between the ages of 25-65 years of age. (The Husband Must Be At Least 25 Years of Age)
- Guest must have an annual household combined income of $50,000
- Single Women must be between the ages of 30-65..(Income of at least $50,000 with a Major Credit Card)
- Single Women means "Not Married" or "Legally Divorced"...(Pending Divorce or Separated Does Not Qualify)
- Single Men must be between the ages of 40-65...(Income of at least $50,000 with a Major Credit Card)
- Single Men means "Not Married" or "Legally Divorced"...(Pending Divorce or Separated Does Not Qualify)
- Participants must bring two forms of ID for check-in and the presentation: A valid Driver's License, State issued ID, Military ID or Passport And Show A Major Bank Issued Credit Card for ID purposes only (Amex-Discover-Visa-Master Card).
(A Prepaid Credit Card or Debit Card Is Not A Valid Credit Card But Can Be Used To Pay For Package and/or Incidentals) - If married or cohabitation Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together.
- (Co-Habituating couples must provide proof of same address and living together).
- All participants must be able to speak & write fluent English or Spanish.
- This Promotion is only eligible to the following countries: United States, Canada & United Kingdom
- The Following Countries/Provinces DO NOT Qualify for this Promotion: Montreal & Quebec
- The sales presentation will take place on the Day After Your Arrival.
- Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or more offers may not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort.
- Employees, Travel Agents, Airline Employees, etc...or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies Do Not Qualify.
- Vacation Packages are Fully Refundable within 72 hours of booking unless arrival date is within 72 hours where then there are No Refunds..If cancelled after 72 hours & within 30 Days of purchasing the Vacation Package, a $59 processing charge will apply plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate...... After 30 Days of booking the Vacation Package, it is Non Refundable....Your Package however can be placed on hold for a period of 12 months for future travel....No Refunds will be given for no-shows and early checkouts. (Very Important: Cancellations Can Only Be Accepted By Phone..Email Cancellations Are Not Accepted)
- Important Note: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will have charged to their credit or check card the Rack Rate of the Resort Room of $198 to $259 per night depending on time of year, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
