two and a half miles from Walt Disney World, 10 miles to both Universal Orlando and Wet ’n Wild Water Park, as well as eight miles to both SeaWorld Orlando and Orlando’s Gatorland..

Rooms: Guests can choose from one and two-bedroom suites at Old Town Kissimmee.
Each accommodation features a balcony or patio, living room with sofa, occasional chair and color cable TV with HBO, as well
as a full-size Murphy Bed. Guests will also enjoy an eat-in kitchen, including table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher, two-burner stovetop, and coffee maker. Each full bath includes a tub/shower combination and hair dryer. The private
bedrooms in the Celebration Suites at Old Town feature two double beds, separate sink and vanity,
full-size closet, and color TV. Two-bedroom suites at Celebration Suites at Old Town are very similar
and can accommodate up to eight guests.
Services: The 25-acre complex at the Celebration
Suites at Old Town Kissimmee feature three pools (two heated during the winter), six barbecue and picnic areas, on-site
laundry facilities, game room, 24-hour front desk service, as well as complimentary transportation to all of the Walt Disney theme parks and Universal Orlando. Each guest at the Celebration Suites also receives three complimentary ride passes to Old Town
Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment Attraction. (Maximum of six guests per suite.)

Guest must attend a courteous 90/120 minute resort sales
presentation and breakfast at Calypso Cay Resort.
Married
or Co-Habitating guest must be between the ages of 25-68 years of age.
Single
women 30-67 (Never Married, Not Separated, Legally Divorced, Pending Divorces Do Not Qualify)
Guest must have an annual household combined income of $45,000
Sorry, but single men and full-time students Do NOT qualify.
Participants must bring two forms of ID for check-in and the presentation: A valid Driver's
License, State issued ID, Military ID or Passport AND a Major Bank Issued Credit Card (Amex-Discover-Visa-Master
Card). (A Prepaid Credit Card or Debit Card Is Not A Valid Credit Card But
Can Be Used To Pay For Package and/or Incidentals)
If
Married or Cohabitation Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (Co-Habituating
couples must provide proof of same address and living together).
All
participants must be able to speak & write fluent English or Spanish.
The
sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (Except Day of Arrival & Day of Departure).
This offer is intended for residents outside of the immediate Orlando area and excludes
residents in the following counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Volusia.
Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar
or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however,
only one party will receive the discounted package price.
Monitored
childcare is provided (complimentary) during the sales presentation. Children can play games and watch movies in a room
next door to where the participants will tour.
This offer may not be
used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or more offers may
not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort.
Employees
or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies are not qualified.
Florida
Residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Seminole Counties are not eligible for this offer.
Orlando Vacation Packages are Non-Refundable but they
are good for a period of 1 Year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do this without a
fee. The only time that we charge a fee is if you call on date of arrival and need to change the dates of travel we charge
a $75 fee.
Important Note:
Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions,
including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not
Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will have charged to their credit or check card the
Rack Rate of the Resort Room of $159 to $199 per night depending on the time of year, plus all applicable taxes and the actual
cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
