Can single men buy Timeshare?
This is a
good question, of course that a single man can buy timeshare when he wants, but many hotels do not extend their promotions
to single men due to bad past experiences. Nobody is excluded from doing a tour or from buying, it is the gift or the
price being offered that is not available to single men. If you have any questions regarding this, we recommend that
you call the Resort directly.
Is there any other obligation besides doing the tour?
No,
there is no other obligation besides attending the presentation. We only ask that when you do the tour to attend with
an open-mind, after all the decision of how your family will spend their vacation in the future is completely yours.
Can I attend the presentation
on the day of my check in or check out?
No, the presentations are not offered the
days you check in or check out.
What happens if I don't go to the presentation?
You would
have to pay the penalty plus the regular cost for all the nights that you will be staying and whatever incentive you have
received.
How
many times to I have to attend the presentation?
Only once during your Orlando Vacation.
At
what times are the Previews?
It depends on the Resort, but generally previews are
offered three times every morning and normally at 8:00 am, 10:30 am and 12:30 pm, seven days a week.
Can I take my children to
the presentation?
Preferably you should make arrangements for the kids before you attend
the presentation, however the resorts offer daycare for children between the ages of 3 to 12 years old, and the daycare is
usually located in the same building where the presentation takes place. Children must be party trained.
Can
I attend the presentation without my spouse?
No, married or co-habitating couples
must attend the presentation together.
How long is the timeshare tour?
The presentation lasts an average of
90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the level of your interest.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All Vacation Packages are Non-Refundable but they are good for
a period of 1 Year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do this without a fee. The only
time that we charge a fee is if you call on date of arrival and need to change the dates of travel we charge a $75 fee.

Vacation Packages
The 2 attraction tickets are "one day passes" for any of the four Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld Orlando, Dinner Show Tickets or Wet & Wild Water Park.(Unless other wise specified and depending on the vacation package). You get a maximum of 2 one day passes after completing
the timeshare tour.
Are
there any other charges for these packages?
There are no more charges other than
taxes, and taxes are due upon check-in.
How do I pay for these packages?
You can
pay these packages with Visa, Master-Card, American Express or Discover Card. Sorry we do not accept check or money transfers.
All packages are prepaid.
Can I get 2 packages or 2 rooms?
Only one vacation packages
is offered to a qualified party, so no more that two families occupying the same room or villa are permitted. Two related
families are not allowed to book two different reservations.
Why are these packages so cheap?
It is timeshare
advertising. Our sponsors believe that giving you an opportunity to stay at their resort, will help you see the benefits of
vacation ownership. Remember that you are giving the resort 90 minutes of your precious vacation time, so it is not so cheap.
Reservations
Add an extra night
I was thinking about arriving earlier than what
was planned. How do I put in for that night and I checked the calendar for the resort and that day is available? Please let
me know ASAP.
You can always add extra nights before arrival providing they are available.
Once you have arrived it is not possible to add extra nights at the promotional rate, in which case you would have to purchase
the additional night at the resort.
Credit Cards
Do I qualify if I only have a Visa or Master Card debit card?
Most
timeshare resorts require major credit cards to be eligible for their promotions, however there are some companies that will
accept you Visa / Master Card check card to participate in their promotions. Please call customer service for more details.
I'm traveling without my
spouse, can I get a vacation packages for the kids and I?
No, married couples or
couples living together must arrive at the resort together and attend the presentation together.
How do I get my confirmation?
Your confirmation will arrive via
email. You can also receive your confirmation via fax or regular mail, upon request.
When do I pay for my reservation?
Your credit card information will be required
at the time of booking you reservation. The confirmation usually arrives between 24 and 48 hours after booking and at that
time your credit card is charged for the full amount.
Can I make last minute reservations?
Most
of the time the resorts require at least 2 or 3 days to process the reservation, but in some cases the reservations can be
process on the same day. Please call for more details.
How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?
Reservations
are processed in the "First come first served" basis, and due to Orlando's Theme Parks popularity, it is always a good idea to plan in advance. Give yourself a few weeks or even months if possible.
