Terms And Conditions: Guest must attend a courteous 90/120 minute resort sales presentation and breakfast at Calypso Cay Resort. Married or Co-Habitating guest must be between the ages of 23-68 years of age. (At Least 1 Person in Party Must Meet Age Requirement)  Single women 23-68 (Never Married, Not Separated, Legally Divorced, Pending Divorces Do Not Qualify) Guest must have an annual household combined income of $40,000 Sorry, but single men and full-time students Do NOT qualify. Participants must bring two forms of ID for check-in and the presentation: A valid Driver's License, State issued ID, Military ID or Passport And Show a Major Bank Issued Credit Card for ID purposes only (Amex-Discover-Visa-Master Card). (A Prepaid Credit Card or Debit Card Is Not A Valid Credit Card But Can Be Used To Pay For Package and/or Incidentals) If married or cohabitation Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (Co-Habituating couples must provide proof of  same address and living together). All participants must be able to speak & write fluent English or Spanish. The sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (Except Day of Arrival & Day of Departure). This offer is intended for residents outside of the immediate Orlando area and excludes residents in the following counties:  Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Volusia. Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure  dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the  discounted package price. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or  more offers may not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort. Employees or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies are not qualified. Florida Residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Seminole Counties are not eligible for this offer. Orlando Vacation Packages are Non-Refundable but are good for a period of 1 Year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we do this without a fee. The only time that we charge a fee is if you call on date of arrival and need to change the dates of travel we charge a $75 fee. Important Note: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will have charged to their credit or check card the Rack Rate of the Resort Room of $159 to $199 per night depending on time of year, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
